First, since International Interns Day was yesterday, a big shout out to all the volunteer interns that have and are working with us… You are the best! I love learning and sharing, and learning some more. Whether you’re interested in herbs or environmental sustainable growing with permaculture, we have learned a lot together. My life has been so enriched sharing in the work and knowledge and seeing where interns have gone. Thanks so much, yep, you’re the best.
Meanwhile, It’s that time of the year where all the herbs are close to optimum harvest quality and dried herb crafting is selling out, so…we’re making fresh from the garden new batches. This week at the market, we’ve got a fresh batch of Beef and Game Herbs – a NW renovated Old World recipe made with all sustainable hand crushed herbs from the garden. Great as a rub on the grill! We’ll be serving new Auntie’s Coughing Tea without Coltsfoot (new research is out) hot and iced, and have more fresh culinary herb bunches available! See you at Clark Fork Market 9-1…
